By placing an order with ONLY KNOWN., you agree to the terms below and enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

1. ORDERS

1.1

When you place an order through our webshop, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items.

1.2

We always aim to keep our webshop as accurate as possible. However, stock levels can change quickly. In rare cases, we may be unable to fulfill your order due to incorrect stock availability or unforeseen circumstances.

1.3

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. This also includes correcting any pricing errors that may have appeared on the website at the time of your order.

1.4

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to cancel your order in line with your order confirmation. Any payment made will be refunded within 30 days.

If the item becomes available again, we may offer a new delivery date. If this doesn’t work for you, you are free to cancel your order.

2. PAYMENT

2.1

We offer a variety of secure payment methods, including:

3. SHIPPING & RETURNS

3.1

We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL and DPD for EU shipments, and PostNL and UPS for orders outside the EU.

Shipping costs and delivery times are listed on our Shipping page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code.

3.2

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, VAT (Dutch sales tax) will automatically be excluded once you enter a non-EU billing address at checkout.

3.3

Please note that we do not reimburse customs duties or local taxes for orders shipped outside the EU.

We also cannot take responsibility for parcels that are lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered by the shipping carrier, as we act as an intermediary.

4. DELIVERY STATUS

4.1

As soon as your package reaches the sorting facility of the shipping carrier, your tracking code will become active and available.

5. WARRANTY

We take pride in the quality of our garments and aim to deliver products that last.

5.1

We offer a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

5.2

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

If your claim is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition along with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

5.3

If a defect is confirmed, you will receive a voucher equal to the original purchase value. This voucher can be used for future purchases.

Please note that refunds or replacements are not offered under this warranty.

5.4

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or negligence

  • Normal wear and tear (such as fading, stretching, or pilling)

  • Items that have been altered or improperly cleaned

  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or second-hand platforms

6. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

6.1

Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded, price matched, or adjusted.

Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned with original packaging, labels, and documentation.

Until your return has been received by ONLY KNOWN., the item remains your responsibility. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.2

Returns that do not meet our conditions may be refused. Please make sure all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation are included.

6.3

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

7. DISCOUNT CODES

7.1

Discount codes are valid for three months from the date of issue.

They can be used for full or partial payments but cannot be exchanged for cash. Once used, the code expires. Any remaining balance will also expire.

8. USE OF CONTENT / PRESS

All content on the ONLY KNOWN. website — including images, videos, and logos — is the property of ONLY KNOWN. or its partners.
