Good to Know
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, so there are no surprises.
For orders outside the EU, your local customs office may charge additional fees such as import duties or taxes. These costs are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we rely on their service. While we always choose reliable partners, we can’t take responsibility for lost, damaged, or misdelivered parcels.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
As soon as you place your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details (make sure to check your spam folder just in case).
We carefully pick and pack every order. During busy periods, this may take a little longer than usual — we appreciate your patience.
TRACKING
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your package.
Please note that tracking updates for shipments outside Western Europe may sometimes be limited.
If anything unexpected happens — like delays or stock issues — we’ll always keep you informed by email, no later than 30 days after your order.

We do our best to keep everything on our website accurate and up to date. However, stock levels, product details, or pricing may occasionally differ.
If an item turns out to be unavailable after your purchase, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
RETURNS
We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- Returned in original packaging
- All tags must still be attached
Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.
RETURNS WITHIN THE EU
Returning an item is simple. Just register your return through our online return page.
Until your return reaches our warehouse and is confirmed, it remains your responsibility.
If you’re unable to use our return portal, you can send the package yourself. Just make sure to include a completed return form and send it to the address below.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
For international returns, please email us at info@onlyknowngarments.com
so we can provide you with a commercial invoice (required for customs).
To help avoid delays, clearly mark your package as “Return”.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, and we strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for lost returns without proof of shipment.

RETURN CONDITIONS
We accept returns only if:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags are attached
- Items are in original packaging
- The return is made within 14 days of delivery
Additional information:
- Damaged items reported after 14 days cannot be accepted
- Always include your completed return form
- Keep your tracking number as proof
Any extra costs such as customs or import duties for returns from outside the EU are the customer’s responsibility.
If items are returned in a condition that can’t be resold, we won’t be able to issue a refund and may send the item back to you.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and approved your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days after approval.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
EXCHANGES
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
Need a different size or item? Simply return your order and place a new one.
